T he world is one big cake! and what is war if not the greed of my neigbour to have my piece? so the poster talks about the world and its greed for power and territory. the worldcake-mataphor intents to show that the next war, which will be fought with weapons of mass destruction, will be a war which leaves no piece/peace.
